1. Scope. This statement covers the public website at www.nextgeninterviews.ai and the NextGen Interviews platform, including the candidate interview interface, whether accessed at our domain or through a Customer's white-label domain.

2. Our commitment. We aim for the website and platform to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design and test with keyboard navigation, screen readers, text resizing and sufficient colour contrast in mind, and we review accessibility as part of our development process.

3. Known limitations. The platform is a video interview tool. Completing an interview requires a device with a working camera and microphone, a supported browser and a stable internet connection. Interview questions, time limits, the use of personality questionnaires and all other settings of a particular interview are determined by the organisation that invited you, not by us. We are not aware of any material non-conformances at the date of this statement.

4. Candidates: adjustments to your interview. NextGen Interviews is a platform used by organisations (our Customers) to conduct their own interviews and assessments. We do not invite candidates, set the interview, or make any decision about candidates, and we have no relationship with you other than as the provider of the platform your Inviting Organisation has chosen to use.

If you have a disability or other condition and need an adjustment to the way you are interviewed — for example more time, a different format, or an alternative to a video interview — you must contact the Inviting Organisation directly using the contact details in your invitation. The Inviting Organisation is responsible for considering and providing reasonable adjustments to its interview process, and has agreed with us to make an alternative way to be considered available to candidates who cannot or do not wish to use the platform. We are unable to alter an interview, extend a deadline, or arrange an alternative assessment on your behalf, and we cannot pass requests to the Inviting Organisation for you.

5. Reporting an accessibility problem with the platform. If a feature of the website or platform itself does not work with your assistive technology or is otherwise inaccessible, please tell us at support@nextgeninterviews.ai, describing the problem, the page or step, and the browser and assistive technology you are using. We will acknowledge your report and use reasonable efforts to address genuine technical barriers in the platform. This does not change section 4: adjustments to your interview remain a matter for the Inviting Organisation.

6. Customers. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with equality and anti-discrimination law applicable to them, including the duty to make reasonable adjustments for candidates, and for providing an alternative method of assessment where required (Customer Terms of Service, clause 12.3(d)). We will provide reasonable information about the platform's accessibility features on request to assist Customers in meeting those obligations.

7. Review. This statement is reviewed at least annually and when material changes are made to the website or platform.
