Version 1.0 ยท Effective 01 October 2026
1. Who we are and what this notice covers. This notice is issued by Precise AI Limited (company no. 16512338), Level 1, Devonshire House, 1 Mayfair Place, London, W1J 8AJ, United Kingdom. It explains how cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage โ together "cookies") are used on (a) our public website at www.nextgeninterviews.ai (the Website) and (b) the NextGen Interviews platform, including the candidate interview interface, whether accessed at our domain or through a Customer's own branded domain (the Platform). It is provided for transparency under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and UK data protection law and does not form part of our Customer Terms of Service, Candidate Terms or Website Terms of Use. How we handle personal data more generally is described in our Privacy Notice and, for candidates, our Candidate Privacy Notice.
2. How we obtain your consent. Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent because the Website or Platform cannot work without them. All other cookies on the Website are set only after you accept them through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the Website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies set before you withdrew; you can delete those through your browser. The Platform does not use analytics or marketing cookies.
3. Cookies on the Website.
Category | Purpose | Examples | Consent |
Strictly necessary | Security, serving pages, remembering your cookie choice | Framer hosting/functional cookies; cookie-consent preference | Not required |
Analytics (cookieless) | Aggregate page-view statistics with no cookies and no personal identifiers | Framer Analytics | Not required |
Analytics | Understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it. Loaded through Google Tag Manager | Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) โ Google LLC | Required |

Loaded through Google Tag Manager | Google Ads conversion tracking (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw); LinkedIn Insight Tag (li_sugr, lidc, bcookie, UserMatchHistory) โ LinkedIn Ireland; Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) โ Meta Platforms Ireland | Required |
Google Tag Manager is a container that controls when the analytics and marketing tags above load; it sets no cookies itself and does not load any tag until you have consented to that category. We use Google Consent Mode so that tags respect your choice.
4. Cookies on the Platform.
Category | Purpose | Consent |
Strictly necessary | Signing you in and keeping you signed in; security tokens that prevent cross-site request forgery; remembering a verified device for multi-factor authentication; routing and load balancing | Not required |
Strictly necessary (payment) | Fraud prevention on checkout and billing pages, set by our payment provider [provider name, e.g. Stripe โ __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid] | Not required |
Functional | Remembering your language, the result of the camera and microphone test before an interview, and branding settings on a Customer's domain | Not required |
No analytics, advertising or session-replay technology is used in the Platform, and nothing in the candidate interview interface tracks candidates for any purpose other than delivering and securing the interview.
5. Third parties and international transfers. Google, LinkedIn and Meta act as independent controllers for data they collect through their cookies and may transfer it outside the United Kingdom, including to the United States, under their own safeguards. Their notices: Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) ยท LinkedIn Cookie Policy (https://www.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy) ยท Meta Cookies Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies). Our payment provider's cookies are set under its own policy as our processor.
6. Managing cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; instructions are available at https://www.allaboutcookies.org. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Platform or completing an interview.
7. Changes. We will update this notice and the tables above when the cookies we use change, and will ask for consent again where a new non-essential cookie is introduced. The version number and date at the top show the current version.
8. Contact. Questions about cookies or personal data: privacy@nextgeninterviews.ai.
