1. Customer Terms 11.1, 11.2 and 10.4 – transcripts reclassified as Interview Outputs; Customer ownership of Interview Outputs stated as between the Customer and us, subject to Candidate rights and the Recruitment Purpose; Exported Output widened to include Candidate Recordings.

2. Customer Terms 26.6 (and 24.1 cross-reference) – notices clause restructured: formal notices by email; operational notices permitted within the Platform.

3. Candidate Terms and Candidate Privacy Notice – “Employer” replaced throughout by “Inviting Organisation”; “Client” used for the organisation on whose behalf it acts.

10. Customer Terms new 20.5; 17.3, 21.1 and Schedule 1 Annex A – backup frequency, retention and recovery targets stated.

11. Customer Terms 11.3(c), Candidate Terms clause 7(b) and Candidate Privacy Notice (“Who sees it” and “How long”) – technical access to recordings limited, logged and described in plain language; statement that we cannot delete or amend interview data except on instruction.

12. Customer Terms new 17.10 and Schedule 2 paragraph 4 – twelve-month contractual time limit for claims, with carve-outs.

13. Customer Terms 12.8 (and 12.7 prefix) and Candidate Privacy Notice (“Where”) – EU/EEA scope limitation replaces the former Article 27(2)(a) exemption statement.

14. Customer Terms 26.2(b) and 26.13 – Order Forms prevail only on commercial terms, Permitted Purpose/Plan eligibility and provisions they expressly identify and vary.

15. Website Terms 5.2 and Customer Terms 15.1 – feedback clause narrowed to unsolicited feedback; pre-sales, NDA and confidential material carved out and rolled into contractual confidentiality.

16. Customer Terms 2.1 – new definition of Candidate Privacy Notice; revised definition of Privacy Notice.
